Marangu 5 day climb - huts

This is the second most popular route on Kilimanjaro. There are huts on this route for climbers. The climb starts with a walk through a beautiful section of rain forest where monkeys may be seen. The second day takes you over ridges and through the moorland - with great views of both peaks. The third day takes you through the alpine desert, generally above the clouds, and on to the base of Kibo, before you start your final push late that night. Rongai 6 Day climb - Camping
